1.) Editing Checklist:

This is the editing checklist we are using in class.  When writing at home, feel free to use this resource to encourage students to edit their work.  We see ourselves as authors and all good authors participate in some form of an editing process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.) Illustrating:

When students are ilustrating their work or writing, please encourage them to use at least as many colors as they are old.  For example: six years old is equivalent to six different colors.
